...is that both the clients that we serve and the caregivers that provide the services know that they are a priority. In my experience, I have learned that when caregivers feel appreciated and valued, they will in return provide excellent care for the individuals we serve. I want to ensure that I create a compassionate environment for each person entrusted in our care. This also allows our clients to continue leading an independent, productive, and dignified life.
